Introduction

Since its inception in May 2007, the Federation of Sexual and Gender Minorities, Nepal (FSGMN) has served as the sole networking body for LGBTIQA+ organizations in the country. With an extensive operational footprint covering 32 districts through 53 offices, FSGMN bridges the gap between local communities and national advocacy.
Our strategic goal is twofold: to consolidate the Sexual and Gender Minorities network and to build the operational capacity of our 37 affiliated CBOs. Through this strengthened network, FSGMN delivers comprehensive interventions in health, advocacy, and human rights, ensuring the LGBTIQA+ community in Nepal is supported, represented, and empowered.
