Activities

FSGMN, in coordination and collaboration with various stakeholders at different levels, has been implementing three major strategies:

1. Strengthen capacity to plan, implement and monitor HIV related activities
2. Strengthen community mobilization, coordination, networking, policy-advocacy; and
3. Increase geographical coverage and community system strengthening of LGBT organizations.

FSGMN also organizes tailored training on HIV-related stigma and discrimination reduction, institutional capacity building, sexual and reproductive health, report writing, resource mobilization and management and needs-based skill building training for its member CBOs.
