Human Welfare Society Nepal is a community-based organization established in 2006, dedicated to supporting the LGBTIQA+ community in Sunsari District. The organization’s primary goal is to ensure the human rights of the LGBTIQA+ community and improve their access to health services. The organization works to ensure equal access to services, protection under the law, and income generation. Through its advocacy, HWS strives to create a society where sexual and gender minorities can live free from stigma and discrimination, enjoying full equality and representation at all levels of society.

Mission: To increase access of SGM people in health, education, security and employment opportunities at all levels.

Vision: A society where sexual and gender minority people are living with equal rights and quality of life
